Train on 1st shift and then go to Night Shift - 12 hours.

A Maintenance Technician Training is a job classification for a future Maintenance position. The Maintenance Tech in training should have mechanical and electrical background, trade school or mechatronics classes as indicated in the educational requirements to prepare them for the on the job training they will receive by a qualified maintenance technician. The Technician in Training will receive instruction in basic troubleshooting techniques, trouble analysis and prevention, and machine maintenance and repair principles and techniques.
