Job description
The Warehouse Lead is responsible for the quality and safety standards that are to be followed by employees. The Lead carries out daily work plans set by the Warehouse Supervisor and Logistics Manager around warehouse storage and distribution of the products and materials within the company. A Lead supervises the activities of employees, engages in shipping, receiving, storing, and testing materials and products up to 20% of their time.
Leads issue job assignments and review work orders, invoices and write/confirm reports and monitor the distribution of materials or products, employees, stocking supplies, materials and equipment used to meet customer demands per the Warehouse Supervisor & Logistics Managers direction.
