- Case Mix: General Hospital Medicine, ICU Support, Neurology, Orthopedics, General Surgery, Cardiology, Oncology, and Gastroenterology FACILITY INFORMATION
- No. of Beds in Department: 339 Inpatient Beds
- ICU Beds: 36 Dedicated ICU Beds
- EMR System: Epic with MModal
- Specialty Backup Available: Neurology, Orthopedics, General Surgery, Cardiology, Oncology, Gastroenterology
- Support Staff Available:
- Day Coverage: 10 Physicians and 3 PA/NPs
- Night Coverage: 2 Physicians and 1 PA/NP PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
- Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
- Credentialing Timeline: TBD

- Licenses: Active Unrestricted Mississippi Medical License
- DEA: Active DEA with Mississippi Address and Schedules 2, 2N, 3, 3N, 4, and 5
- Board: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Certifications: ACLS Required
- Education: Completion of Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Residency
- Experience: Minimum 2 Years of Recent Clinical Experience
- Case Logs: Documentation for Previous 2 Years Required
- CME: Proof of CME Activity for Previous 2 Years Required
- Fellowship: Preferred DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide overnight inpatient hospitalist coverage
- Manage hospitalized adult patients
- Collaborate with specialists and multidisciplinary care teams
- Respond to codes and rapid response events
- Provide support within an open ICU environment
- Document patient care activities in Epic
- Deliver high-quality inpatient care
