Service Credit Union is seeking a full-time, highly motivated and detail-oriented Physical Security Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a similar background who possesses strong organizational skills, takes initiative and ownership of tasks and responsibilities, and is ready to contribute on day one.

” Pay range: $22.00 - $24.00/hour. Flexible depending on experience and qualifications. Junior level candidates typically start at the lower end of the range, with opportunities for growth as skill develop. Location: This position is an onsite position. Candidate must be located within 60 miles of the NH Seacoast area.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor the health and performance of video surveillance and alarm systems Review and investigate after-hours alarms or video system issues Process and review security incident reports, conducting follow-up actions or investigations as required Manage, support, and troubleshoot access control systems Troubleshoot security system issues as they arise Coordinate with external vendors for security software support or equipment troubleshooting Perform branch visits and security reviews annually Conduct physical security training with employees Maintain accurate documentation and follow established procedures for employee change requests, issue tracking, compliance reviews, and related tasks Act as backup for Security Desk and Courier as required.

Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Prior experience in security systems, facilities support, or a related field preferred Strong organizational and prioritization skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond to competing priorities High level of attention to detail and accuracy Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work independently Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Excellent work ethic with a proactive, results-driven approach High school diploma or equivalent required.

Valid driver's license with clean driving record required.
