The Senior Business Analyst serves as the strategic business and technology partner for the Billing & Records departments, driving operational excellence through systems optimization, business process improvement, reporting, and technology initiatives. This role combines business analysis, application ownership, project leadership, and data analytics to improve firm operations, support strategic decision-making, and deliver exceptional service to internal clients.
The Senior Business Analyst works closely with Firm Leadership, Information Technology, attorneys, legal support professionals, and external vendors to implement innovative solutions that enhance efficiency, strengthen controls, and support the Firm's long-term business objectives.
