Kitchen Staff (Burger & Italian Cuisine) – Al Hassa, Saudi Arabia Local Hiring Only – Filipino, Nepalese, and Indian Nationals Position: Kitchen Staff / Line Cook / Prep Cook Location: Al Hassa, Saudi Arabia Cuisine: Burgers, Pasta & Italian & Fast Casual Dining Job Summary We are seeking experienced and hardworking Kitchen Staff to join our restaurant team in Al Hassa.

The ideal candidate should have experience in burger preparation, Italian cuisine, food preparation, and kitchen operations while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and teamwork. Kitchen staff are expected to assist with food preparation, cooking, cleaning, inventory handling, and food safety compliance in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook burger, pasta and other Italian menu items according to recipes and restaurant standards. Perform food preparation tasks such as washing, cutting, marinating, and portioning ingredients. Operate grills, fryers, ovens, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards are maintained.

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen workstations, equipment, and storage areas. Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times. Receive, store, and rotate stock using FIFO procedures. Assist in inventory control and report shortages or wastage. Support team members during busy service periods and ensure timely food preparation.

Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties.

Requirements

Filipino, Nepalese, or Indian. Minimum 2 years of experience in burger restaurants, Italian restaurants, cafés, or fast-food kitchens. Knowledge of burger preparation, pasta and kitchen operations. Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure. Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Basic English communication skills. Willing to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
