Position Summary
The Key Donor Relations (KDR) Officer will be responsible for managing relationships with mid-high value donors, ensuring effective communication, and supporting donor engagement strategies. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key donors through regular communication.
- Assist in planning and executing donor engagement activities and events.
- Maintain and update donor databases and records accurately.
- Prepare donor reports & updates.
- Support fundraising initiatives and campaigns as needed.
- Track donor commitments and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Ensure high standards of donor stewardship and satisfaction.
Requirements
Educational Qualification Postgraduate (mandatory). Preference will be given to candidates with a science background. Work Experience Minimum of 1 year of professional work experience in any field. Experience in donor relations, fundraising, communications, or customer relationship roles will be an advantage.
