HVAC Service Technician - Commercial

Capital Talent is currently hiring a Commercial HVAC Service Technician with a dynamic Mechanical construction & services company in Houston, TX (permanent position.) The role may be involved with maintaining, installing, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial units and associated systems and parts as well as logging activity.

We typically have both HVAC & HVAC/R roles open. Other responsibilities may include, but not limited to: Direct interaction and support with commercial clients Using best practices and following HVAC codes Perform advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics Walk jobsites Attend turnover meetings Take pre and post work photos Complete installation and repairs on equipment Input client equipment & service detail (on a device) Pick up and deliver equipment and materials Follow all company safety protocols Complete Job Safety Analysis Company vehicle maintenance and upkeep Communicate work progress and completion with clients Field and join customer calls as needed Address customer concerns and provide recommendations for HVAC needs Client follow-up Requirements Education Technical trade school, degree, or HS equivalent considered depending on experience 5+ years of experience as a HVAC Technician and a TDLR certification Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Proficient in the use of a computer, operating hand tools, power tools, gauges, and measuring equipment Possess the ability to problem-solve and provide excellent customer service, as well as the physical abilities & aptitude necessary to fulfill a Commercial Service Technician role Benefits Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Bonus, and other incentives
