Job description
Colonial. Webb is seeking an experienced HVAC professional to provide field leadership and technical support for commercial HVAC projects. As our HVAC Foreman, you will work on change-outs, retrofits, and installations for medium to large sized complex heating and cooling systems and associated control systems. Additionally, you will direct the day-to-day work activities of other mechanics, apprentices, and helpers to ensure projects are completed safely and in accordance with budget and quality standards.

Webb: Competitive pay range of $30-$48 hourly Career development and progression 401(k) plan with company match PTO and paid holidays Excellent medical, dental, life, vision and disability benefits Employee Assistance Program Employee referral incentives What you will do: Supervise and coordinate work activities for HVAC mechanics and helpers Perform installation and service duties while providing guidance and demonstrating best practices to others Demonstrate a passion for safety, help your team understand that safety is the top priority as a result of teaching and coaching behaviors that will truly prevent injury In collaboration with Construction Managers and Project Managers, discuss labor and material requirements as well as evaluate work in progress to ensure HVAC services performed meet scheduling, budget and quality standards You should have: Current or previous leadership experience as Foreman, Supervisor, or Superintendent working on commercial HVAC projects In-depth experience and knowledge of commercial HVAC systems Journeyman’s or Master’s HVAC License (preferred, not required) Ability to interpret drawings and plans Safety minded and thorough knowledge of OSHA safety regulations Ability to utilize judgement to make decisions, independently.
