We are looking for a smart, proactive, and highly organized EA / Founder’s Office Intern to work directly with the Founder, Mr. Vikas Singh. This role is ideal for someone who wants real exposure to business operations, decision-making, startup execution, recruitment strategy, and founder-level coordination. Role Overview As an EA / Founder’s Office Intern, you will work closely with the Founder in handling day-to-day business operations, coordination, follow-ups, communication management, reporting, and strategic execution support.

This is not a routine internship. You will be directly involved in high-level business activities, internal coordination, hiring operations, meeting management, research, and execution of critical tasks. The role demands ownership, professionalism, speed, confidentiality, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the Founder’s calendar, meetings, schedules, and follow-ups Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders Prepare MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), reports, trackers, and presentations Conduct market research, competitor research, and operational analysis Assist in recruitment coordination and candidate communication Handle business documentation and process tracking Maintain confidentiality of business information and strategic discussions Support execution of special projects directly assigned by the Founder Ensure timely completion of tasks and operational coordination Travel coordination and scheduling support whenever required Assist in improving workflows, reporting systems, and operational efficiency Requirements Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal) Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Smart, presentable, and highly professional attitude Good knowledge of Google Workspace / Microsoft Office Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong follow-up and coordination skills Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Quick learner with execution-focused mindset Preferred Candidate MBA / BBA / Management / Business-related background preferred Freshers with exceptional communication and confidence can apply Prior internship experience in operations, coordination, HR, sales, or founder’s office is a plus Candidates interested in startups, business operations, and leadership exposure preferred What You Will Gain Direct exposure to Founder-level business operations Hands-on experience in recruitment and business management Opportunity to work on real business decisions and execution Fast learning environment with growth opportunities Exposure to international business operations and clients
