Building Maintenance Technician

Join Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin & Upper Michigan (LSS) as a Maintenance Technician supporting apartment communities and program sites throughout La Crosse and surrounding areas. In this hands-on role, you'll perform general building maintenance, repairs, preventative maintenance, unit turnovers, grounds care, and safety inspections while ensuring properties remain safe, comfortable, and well-maintained.

Ideal candidates have experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance, along with strong customer service skills.
