Job description
The SVP, West Region is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, operational performance, and financial results of the West Region. The region currently includes close to 20 Service and Systems locations, approximately 350 employees, and generates ~$200m in revenue. This position is accountable for driving profitable growth, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and talent development across the region. Location in the Western part of the US.
The SVP, West Region is responsible for strategically growing the region and ensuring the operational integrity of all assigned locations by exceeding budget expectations through profitable revenue growth, development of new business, customer retention, and expansion of services within the existing customer base.
