Job description
The Parts Specialist supports the overall effectiveness of the Parts Department by providing accurate parts information, pricing, availability, and delivery updates to customers and service representatives. This role serves as a key resource in coordinating with Purchasing, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Service teams to ensure timely communication and exceptional customer support.
The Parts Specialist maintains accurate customer records, assists with gathering Voice of the Customer (VOC) feedback, supports continuous improvement initiatives, and helps drive a positive customer experience through responsive problem-solving and collaboration.
