Job description
We're seeking an experienced Director of Safety and Security to set the vision and strategy for the school's safety and security organization. You'll lead with a mission-oriented mindset, maintain and execute a comprehensive safety and security roadmap aligned to Lovett's future plans, and serve as a trusted advisor to school leadership on all matters of safety, security, and risk management.
This role requires someone with deep security expertise, proven leadership experience, relevant certifications, and a genuine commitment to fostering a culture of safety while maintaining the warm, welcoming environment that defines Lovett.
