Job Overview An established facilities management company is looking for a Landscaping Maintenance Supervisor to oversee landscape maintenance operations across commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise landscaping technicians and gardeners. Plan daily maintenance activities. Inspect irrigation systems, lawns, trees and planting areas. Monitor pest, weed and plant health issues. Ensure proper use of landscaping equipment. Maintain quality standards across all landscaped areas. Coordinate material and equipment requirements.
Prepare maintenance reports and work schedules. Ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years' landscaping maintenance experience. Previous supervisory experience. Good understanding of irrigation systems. Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques. Ability to manage multiple teams. Preferred Horticulture or Landscaping qualification. Qatar Driving Licence. Relevant safety certification.
