Business Analysts at SPP play a critical role in translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements that guide system design, development, and testing across the project lifecycle. Whether at the II or Senior level, they work collaboratively with stakeholders to gather and document functional and non‑functional requirements, support solution design, and ensure successful system delivery through comprehensive testing strategies.
Analysts develop test plans and cases, execute system integration and user acceptance testing, manage defects, and help drive test automation—contributing directly to reliable tools and processes that support SPP’s operational and strategic objectives.
