• % of Practice: General Diagnostic Radiology with optional light procedures
• Physicians in Practice: Diagnostic Radiology team coverage
• Support Staff: RRA support, APP support for LPs/paracentesis/thoracentesis
• Specialty Backup: Hospital radiology department support staff
• Case Mix:
• Inpatient imaging
• Outpatient imaging
• STAT imaging reads
• Approximately 50% cross-sectional imaging
• Workflow organized oldest-to-newest to prevent cherry-picking
• Required Modalities:
• General CT
• Unenhanced head CT
• C-spine / Level II trauma imaging
• Ultrasound including 1st trimester OB
• X-ray
• Preferred Experience:
• Abdominal MRI
• Fluoroscopy
• Fellowship training preferred
• Not Required / Excluded: Mammography Neuro MRI/spine/stroke Nuclear Medicine MSK MRI unless fellowship trained
• Procedure Volume: Approximately 2–5 minor procedures daily
