Job description
Reporting to the Manager, Supply Chain Performance & Optimization, the Operations Associate delivers effective monitoring and reporting of supply chain performance while providing operational support for Credentialing services. The Operations Associate plays a key supporting role in maintaining accurate, timely, and reliable supply chain performance data and reporting across marine, road, and rail interfaces within the Prince Rupert Gateway.
Working closely with the Manager, this role supports the development and maintenance of dashboards, analytics, and performance reporting tools used to assess gateway fluidity, system health, and operational trends.
