Job description
The shop manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Safaricom authorized dealer shops. This includes ensuring excellent customer service services, achieving sales target, supervising the staff and managing stock.
Requirements
Atleast 1-2years experience in a supervisory or managerial role is an added advantage. 2.Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales target and grow market share. 3.Diploma or degree in business administration, sales and marketing.
