Are you ready to join a growing team? CTG is seeking a Banking Services Operations Associate III for our client. This role provides operational support within a banking services environment, performing exception processing, research, document review, and issue resolution while ensuring compliance with applicable banking regulations and procedures.
Location: Wilmington, DE Duration: 3 months Key Responsibilities: Perform exception processing, research, and resolution of complex operational issues. Review and interpret legal and banking documents to support accurate processing. Partner with internal teams, management, and vendors to resolve procedural questions. Support multiple banking systems, products, and business processes.
Maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. Perform detailed clerical and operational tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. Required Qualifications: High School diploma or GED required. Minimum of two years of relevant banking, financial services, or office operations experience.
Strong attention to detail with excellent accuracy and organizational skills. Ability to analyze information, resolve issues, and manage multiple priorities. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Associate degree preferred. Three to five years of office or banking operations experience. Experience working with banking documentation, exception processing, or operational procedures. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
