Care Manager - Adult Intensive Services (Part Time)

Provide case management and support services to adults residing in Chittenden County who are living with psychiatric disabilities and some with co-occurring substance use challenges. This position offers a combination of administrative responsibilities and direct service. Great opportunity to support individuals in a community-based setting. 20 hrs/wk.
