Quatro Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a well-established commercial construction builder delivering major projects across the Melbourne, Victoria. With a strong pipeline of $100M+ developments and high-rise tower projects.
About the role
You will oversee the structural phase of large-scale construction projects including high-rise towers. You will work closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager to ensure structural works are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme.
Key responsibilities
Supervising all structural works on large commercial and tower projects Coordinating formwork, steel fixing and concrete trades Managing subcontractors and site teams Ensuring works are completed to programme and quality standards Maintaining strong site safety and compliance practices Conducting toolbox talks and coordinating daily site activities Liaising with engineers, project managers and consultants Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Structural Foreman on $100M+ projects Strong high-rise / tower construction experience Trade background in carpentry, formwork or structural concrete Ability to manage large teams and multiple subcontractors Strong understanding of structural sequencing and construction methodology Excellent leadership and communication skills What’s on Offer $200,000 – $250,000 + Super Major high-rise and large-scale commercial projects Projects across Melbourne Long-term pipeline of work Opportunity to work with a respected tier builder Apply Now If you’re a driven Site Manager looking to take the next step in your career, we’d love to hear from you: 02 9030 8814 or jobs@quatrogroup.
