In consultations,you impress as someone who is sensitive to customers' needs, uses your specialist knowledge in a targeted manner and conveys our product world in a lively way. As a salesperson in the Telekom Shop, you take on the following tasks: Your main tasks are: You advise on and sell standard products and services You clarify customer requests You process customer orders according to system requirements and maintain data You provide general support with sales promotion measures in the region as directed Requirements You have completed vocational training or relevant other professional experience.
In addition, you will have the following knowledge and skills: Confident demeanor and joy in selling Knowledge of the Telekom product range or the willingness to acquire it High level of goal orientation, commitment, flexibility and resilience Willingness to base working hours on standard opening hours and customer frequency Well-maintained appearance Sales and negotiation skills Your application can be processed by external service providers in Germany.
