Resident Engagement Specialist - Life Adjustment Program

We are hiring a Resident Engagement Specialist at our Life Adjustment Program! This position is responsible for assisting with resident engagement opportunities and activities in Residential and Non-Residential program within Hilltop’s Brain Injury Services. This position assists the Resident Engagement Supervisor in organizing, promoting, and facilitating comprehensive activities and services that promote healthy, activity-enriched lifestyles for participants utilizing these seven dimensions of wellness: social, intellectual, physical, emotional, spiritual, environmental, and vocational. This position has a full-time schedule of Sunday-Thursday from 12p-8:30p. This position has a starting wage of $17.85-$18.75 per hour. Accepting applications until 08/07/2026.
