Job description

We are partnering with a leading European private equity firm to appoint a Fund Controller to join its Dublin office. This is a key hire reporting to the Finance Director, with responsibility for overseeing fund administration, reporting, and governance, while managing key external service provider relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the preparation and delivery of quarterly and annual investor reporting in accordance with relevant accounting standards and fund documentation Oversee the calculation and issuance of capital calls and distribution notices in line with limited partnership agreements Act as a key point of contact for investor queries relating to fund reporting and notices Ensure adherence to contractual and regulatory obligations, including the preparation of fund-related regulatory filings Work closely with Investor Relations and Deal Teams to coordinate and deliver high-quality investor reporting Proactively manage the relationship with fund administrators, including performance oversight and regular feedback Oversee and coordinate the relationship with external auditors Maintain strong governance standards in line with firm policies and best practice Requirements: 4+ years’ post-qualified experience, ideally within practice or financial services Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) Experience in private equity, fund administration, or audit of investment funds is advantageous Strong academic background Self-starter with a proactive and solutions-driven mindset What's on Offer Opportunity to join a leading European private equity firm Flexible working environment Strong exposure to entrepreneurs, private equity investors, and senior corporate stakeholders Competitive remuneration package and performance-related bonus For more information, please apply via the link provided or contact sohara@elevatepartners.
