EMPLOYEE OWNER POSITION PURPOSE: Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing general maintenance, repairs, and light construction work throughout homeowner association (HOA) communities and residential properties. This position maintains the safety, appearance, and functionality of common areas, amenities, buildings, and community infrastructure by completing preventive maintenance, responding to work orders, and performing a variety of skilled handyman and construction-related repairs.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working independently while delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.
