Purchasing Manager - Buy Complete

Reporting to the Director of Procurement of Arrow Off-Road, the Purchasing Manager, Buy Complete is responsible for optimizing purchasing operations through KPI-driven performance management and strategic procurement initiatives. They will build, lead, and develop highly effective local and international team members and have responsibility for both long-term and day-to-day operations of the purchasing function, while supporting production and operational requirements.

They will take a lead role in interfacing with our strategic suppliers and building positive relationships with both internal and external customers.
