Job description
Direct and oversee the daily operations of a production team within a manufacturing environment operating on a rotating three-shift schedule. Lead and develop employees across multiple production processes involved in the manufacture of corrugated containers, ensuring a safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation. Maintain accountability for productivity, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction by ensuring all products meet established customer specifications and company quality standards.
