• Remote working Location: Navi Mumbai / Mumbai Engagement Type: Full-Time On-the-Job Training (Not an Internship) Training Duration: Minimum 6 Months to 1 Year Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 per month + Performance Linked Incentives Career Opportunity: Successful trainees may be offered a full-time role as a Zoho Developer Working Hours 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM Working Days Monday to Saturday About the Opportunity We are looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented B.Tech and MCA students/pass-outs from Mumbai and Navi Mumbai who are interested in building a long-term career in SaaS implementation, business automation, and Zoho development. This is a structured on-the-job training program designed to provide real-world exposure to Zoho implementation, client handling, automation consulting, and business process transformation. This is not an internship or part-time assignment. Selected candidates will work closely with senior developers and consultants on live client projects and will receive hands-on exposure to the Zoho ecosystem. Important Requirements This is a full-time training and work opportunity. We are not looking for part-time applicants. Candidates must be available to attend meetings at our Navi Mumbai office at least twice a week. The role involves client interaction through online and occasional in-person meetings. Applicants should possess strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills along with technical aptitude.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Interaction & Meetings Attend online client meetings and discussions along with senior consultants. Participate in requirement gathering sessions and business discussions. Join in-person client meetings whenever required. Support client communication and follow-ups professionally.
2. Zoho Implementation & Development Support Assist in implementation and customization of Zoho applications. Support workflow automation, integrations, and business process configuration. Work with senior developers on live implementation projects.
3. Requirement Gathering & Documentation Understand client business workflows and operational challenges. Assist in preparing Scope of Work (SOW), Business Requirement Documents (BRD), and implementation documentation. Translate business requirements into structured technical tasks.
4. Product Demonstrations & Consulting Support Participate in Zoho product demonstrations for prospective clients (training will be provided). Assist in explaining platform capabilities and automation solutions.
5. Content & Technical Documentation Create technical documentation, case studies, blogs, and implementation notes using AI tools. Support creation of HTML email templates, landing pages, and related business content.

Requirements

Eligibility Criteria B.Tech / BE (Computer Science / IT), MCA, or equivalent technical qualification. Candidates from Mumbai or Navi Mumbai preferred. Freshers and recent pass-outs are welcome to apply. Technical Skills (Preferred) Basic understanding of programming, web technologies, or scripting. Familiarity with HTML, APIs, or databases is an advantage.

Interest in SaaS platforms, CRM systems, and business automation. Ability to learn new technologies and tools quickly. Exposure to AI tools for documentation or content creation is a plus. Communication & Professional Skills Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

Ability to interact confidently with clients and internal teams. Professional attitude and willingness to learn in a client-facing environment. Other Requirements Must own a laptop and have stable internet connectivity. Ability to work from a professional environment during remote meetings. Open to occasional travel for client meetings if required.
