The Job Description In this role, some of your responsibilities will include Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Execute end-to-end recruitment activities for leadership and critical roles as per approved hiring plans and timelines.
  • Ensure all hiring activities are completed strictly as per defined recruitment SOPs, policies, and compliance requirements.
  • Perform daily tracking and regular monitoring of hiring pipelines and candidate profiles on Zoho Recruit, ensuring real-time updates and data accuracy.
  • Coordinate interviews end-to-end with hiring managers, including scheduling, follow￾ups, and closure of feedback.
  • Prepare, maintain, and operationalise interview rubrics to enable structured and consistent candidate evaluation.
  • Ensure timely, professional, and consistent communication with candidates at all stages of the hiring process.
  • Execute onboarding, orientation, and probation assessment processes, ensuring documentation, checklists, and timelines are met.
  • Support compensation execution using salary calculators, interview rubric outcomes, and approved pay bands in line with company policy Compensation, Benefits & Payroll
  • Execute payroll processes to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement, statutory deductions, and full compliance with labour laws.
  • Maintain payroll data, trackers, and documentation with high accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Prepare, issue, and manage consultant contracts and recruitment vendor contracts, ensuring approvals, signoffs, and records are completed on time.
  • Coordinate with recruitment vendors to ensure delivery, compliance, and contract adherence.
  • Execute employee benefits administration, including medical insurance enrolments, exits, and claims coordination.

Requirements

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition, payroll, and HR operations.
  • Working knowledge of labour laws, compensation frameworks, and benefits administration.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Data-driven approach with proficiency in HR tools, trackers, and documentation
