That’s your mission. You’ll be working hand in glove with your team, and together you’ll make sure that staff and our guests always have Wi-Fi and electric light, and the oven in the kitchen never goes cold. We’re looking forward to welcoming you to the technical management of our hotel as Technical Manager (m/f/d). How does your working day look like … You’ll be making sure that all the equipment in the building functions all the time and, if it doesn’t, that it’s quickly put right You’ll help to draw up budgets, and keep a business-like eye on your field of work You’ll support various projects in the hotel, and pitch in when one of your colleagues from the team is on leave Together with the specialist health and safety staff, you’ll ensure that the building is safe for our guests and staff As a trained technician you’ll keep the overall picture in sight, even when one project follows on the heels of another and both heating and Wi-Fi break down at the same time Your personality counts more than your CV … You’ve had professional experience in a similar role, and have completed a course of technical training You don’t just enjoy tightening screws behind the scenes, but also like being in contact with our guests You’ll bring to the job a talent for organisation, consistency and team spirit, so that you can give your colleagues optimum support in staff management Your IT skills speak for themselves You’re not just bringing your abilities, but also your character What´s in it for you … Only work 4-days a week as a full-time team member without payment or holiday reduction Get to know our 25hours hotels and stay for free for a maximum of 10 nights per years as an employee Take advantage of being part of Ennismore and get generous discounts when visiting our bars and restaurants as well as booking hotel rooms all over the world Benefit from great offers from our numerous cooperation partners Be part of our hilarious staff parties and much more …
