The Organizational Development (OD) Specialist supports the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-wide learning and development initiatives that foster growth, engagement, and performance across Excel Fitness. This role partners with leaders and subject matter experts to create learning content, administer learning systems, and facilitate engaging training experiences that strengthen the Excel Fitness culture and leadership pipeline.
