(Senior) Engineer – Smart Construction Site

Responsibilities

• Implement, review, and establish innovative construction methods.• Create, document, review, and retire digital project delivery knowledge.• Oversee project delivery to ensure effective execution.• Coordinate and prepare master programs or working schedules.• Liaise with clients, consultants, and main contractors regarding contract implementation and operational details.• Identify and resolve potential implementation and operational issues, coordinating across various trades.• Manage a range of IoT devices, embedded controllers, and data transmission modules.• Participate in demonstrations, trial runs, and commissioning with clients.• Prepare progress reports and submission schedules.• Ensure compliance with statutory and licensing requirements, such as SSSS, DWSS, EDMS, etc.

Requirements

• Degree holder or above in Civil Engineering, Building Services, Construction, or related disciplines.• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in major civil or building projects.• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Cantonese.• Enthusiasm for high-tech and construction industries.• Ability to work under pressure and independently.• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.• Detail-oriented, proactive, and effective individual contributor with a strong team collaboration ability.• Immediate availability is highly preferable.
