Job description
A Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is Responsible for enhancing the overall Resident experience through the provision of exceptional daily nursing care and service in accordance with each Resident’s personalized care plan. CNAs will assist residents with activities of daily living including dressing, eating, grooming, communicating, toileting, personal hygiene and mobility needs.
This is to be handled in The Sterling Touch® friendly, courteous, helpful, timely and professional manner in all interactions, resulting in a very high level of Resident and team member satisfaction.
