Job description
The Director of Outlets runs daily operations across all F&B outlets — overseeing service, quality, staffing, and inventory — while leading and developing outlet managers and staff. The role owns budget performance, P&L, and cost controls; drives the guest experience and resolves escalations; partners with the Executive Chef on menu development and with marketing on promotions; and enforces health, safety, and sanitation compliance across the outlets.
