Job description
The ERSEA Coordinator is responsible for supervising ERSEA Specialist staff, Enrollment Staff and Recruitment Staff. The ERSEA Coordinator, in collaboration with the ERSEA Manager, supports staff in implementing Head Start Performance Standards and all applicable funder requirements related to Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment, and Attendance (ERSEA).
This role is responsible for maintaining full compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment and Attendance of children and pregnant women. The ERSEA coordinator provides staff with coaching, training and technical assistance related to ERSEA systems, policies and procedures.
