Job description
The Region Safety Manager (RSM) is responsible for leading, implementing, and sustaining safety programs across assigned hauling, landfill, recycling, and transfer station operations within the region. This role ensures regulatory compliance, reduces risk, drives accountability, and promotes a proactive safety culture aligned with company standards and federal, state, and local regulations.
The RSM partners closely with Operations, Maintenance, HR, and Corporate Safety to reduce injuries, vehicle incidents, and equipment-related hazards while developing strong front-line safety leadership.
