Apprentice Parts Consultant

Western States Cat is looking for a Parts Consultant to add to our dynamic, successful Parts team, specializing in customer care. Duties include utilization of the CRM and ERP software to successfully process invoices, creating purchase orders, tracking inventory, and supporting warehouse functions. We are here to develop your skillsets which require general knowledge of CAT or industry-related product brands, effective organizational and problem-solving skills to make appropriate recommendations and provide creative solutions for all customer needs.
