Job description
The Product Engineer III drives product development and lifecycle support by designing new solutions, improving existing products, and ensuring smooth transition from R&D to production. This role creates detailed CAD models and drawings, conducts laboratory tests and validations, and supports cross‑functional teams with technical expertise.
It performs failure analysis, participates in MRB and ECR/ECO processes, and partners with QA, marketing, procurement, and assembly teams. The engineer also supports customer inquiries and leads continuous product and process improvement efforts.
