Collector/Recovery Specialist - E. Carmel Drive

This position is responsible for independently, efficiently and accurately Using established policies and procedures for the purpose of debt collection on delinquent account. This process includes making outbound calls and receiving calls from current and delinquent loan customers in an effort to resolve issue and/or delinquent status.

Additionally, assists in duties required in the collection effort of charged off loans, coordinating repossession, and recovery efforts.
