Pace Personal Care Assistant - Home Care (Central Valley Pace - Modesto)

The Personal Care Assistant supports the mission, vision, and values of Golden Valley Health Centers Central Valley PACE Center by performing patient care activities and other tasks as assigned to assist the nursing staff.

THIS IS A HOME CARE POSITION. Scheduled Monday - Friday working from 7:00am – 4:00pm.

Compensation

$22.19 - $23.29 an hour

This position requires travel throughout all of Stanislaus County.
