About the role
In this consultancy role, you will lead digital workplace initiatives that improve employee productivity, collaboration, and experience. You will translate business needs into scalable workplace solutions, define scope, budgets, timelines, and success criteria, and keep delivery aligned with governance, security, data privacy, and regulatory expectations.
Working with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and senior management, you will coordinate decisions, manage risks and dependencies, and provide clear progress reporting to support timely delivery, continuous improvement, and user adoption across the full delivery lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
Drive the digital workplace roadmap by translating business requirements into scalable workplace solutions Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines, scope, objectives, success criteria, and deliverables Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, business stakeholders, vendors, service providers, and consulting partners Oversee execution by managing progress, risks, dependencies, quality, deliverables, timelines, and issue resolution , and provide regular updates to senior management Ensure compliance with IT governance frameworks, security, data privacy, regulatory requirements, and lifecycle management processes for digital workplace tools and platforms Evaluate solutions, technologies, and supplier performance to drive continuous improvement and business value Facilitate workshops, alignment sessions, governance forums and steering committees , and monitor KPIs such as adoption, usage, user satisfaction, and value realisation What we're looking for Proven experience managing complex IT projects or programs within Digital Workplace, Modern Workplace, Collaboration or Workplace Transformation environments.
Strong knowledge of project and program management methodologies such as Agile, PRINCE2, PMI or equivalent frameworks. Experience engaging and influencing stakeholders across business, IT and executive leadership levels. Good understanding of Digital Workplace technologies and collaboration platforms, preferably within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Viva and related services).
Strong communication, facilitation, presentation and leadership skills. Experience driving organizational change, user adoption and business engagement initiatives . Strong analytical mindset with the ability to navigate complexity and make data-driven decisions. Proven ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, cross-functional and matrix organizations .
