Banker-Customer Experience/ Pipeline

Key Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to all clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. Act as a point of contact for customers, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote loyalty and retention Identify and pursue opportunities to cross-sell and upsell bank products and services to customers.

Conduct financial transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to bank policies and procedures Collaborate with other team members to achieve branch targets and goals Stay updated on industry trends and changes in banking regulations to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure a positive customer experience Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail banking or customer service Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of banking products and services Proficiency in MS Office and banking software Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Customer-centric mindset and a passion for providing exceptional service
