Position Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Mobility Specialist to support the company’s growing business operations and international workforce mobility in Thailand. This role will be responsible for coordinating immigration, visa, work permit, relocation, and employee mobility processes for expatriate employees and international assignments.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth and compliant mobility operations while working closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors, government authorities, and regional teams. This position requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage sensitive documentation and time-critical processes in a fast-paced international environment.

As the company continues expanding its technology and data center operations across Thailand, this role will help support workforce mobility and operational readiness for both office and project site locations.

Key Responsibilities

Immigration & Work Permit Management Coordinate end-to-end visa and work permit processes for expatriate employees in Thailand Prepare, review, and maintain immigration and employment-related documentation Liaise with government authorities, BOI, immigration offices, and external vendors regarding visa and work permit matters Monitor visa and work permit validity, renewals, and compliance timelines Ensure all immigration processes are completed accurately and in compliance with local regulations Employee Mobility & Relocation Support Support relocation processes for expatriate employees and international assignees Coordinate relocation logistics, onboarding support, and required documentation Act as a key contact point for expatriate employees regarding mobility-related matters Provide guidance and support on mobility procedures, documentation requirements, and timelines Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth employee transition and onboarding experience HR Documentation & Compliance Maintain accurate records and documentation related to expatriate employees and mobility processes Support preparation of employment-related documents required for immigration and compliance purposes Coordinate with HR Operations, Payroll, and external partners to ensure accurate employee data and compliance alignment Support audits and reporting related to mobility and immigration matters when required Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination Work closely with external immigration and relocation vendors to ensure smooth service delivery Coordinate with internal teams including HR, Finance, Legal, Administration, and business stakeholders Support regional and global mobility initiatives and process alignment Assist in improving mobility workflows and operational processes HR & Expansion Support Support workforce mobility requirements related to business expansion projects and new operational locations in Thailand Assist with expatriate onboarding and employee experience initiatives Support additional HR operational activities and special projects when required Requirements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field Minimum 5-7 years of experience in mobility, immigration, HR operations, or related functions Experience handling visa and work permit processes for expatriate employees in Thailand Familiarity with BOI processes and immigration-related requirements is preferred Good understanding of Thailand labor and immigration regulations Strong coordination and documentation management skills Strong communication skills in both Thai and English Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information Preferred Qualifications Experience working in multinational or international business environments Experience supporting workforce mobility for technology, infrastructure, engineering, or project-based businesses Familiarity with relocation coordination and expatriate support processes Experience coordinating with government authorities and external vendors Benefits Join Gorilla Technology – Intelligence, Not Just for Humans Global Career Growth & Diverse Team Join a diverse, multicultural team that embraces global mindsets and offers exciting international career opportunities to continuously broaden your professional horizons.
