We are seeking qualified psychologists to provide career counselling services in schools through Brainwonders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in psychology, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for supporting students in their academic and career journeys. In addition to working with students, the role requires regular interaction with parents, school administrators, and educators to ensure a holistic approach to student career development. Key Responsibilitis: * Coordinate the calendar and timeline for conducting counselling sessions at schols. * Visit the partner school as per the requirement for career counselling purpses. * Conduct 1-on-1 pre and post-counselling sessions with parents to discuss their child’s progress and explain the benefits of Brainwonders sevices. * Design and lead presentations, workshops, seminars, and webinars for students, parents, and educational insttutions. * Be well-versed with Brainwonders’ biometric and psychometric assessments and communicate the results effectively to students ad parents. * Address queries and concerns, highlighting how Brainwonders services supports students' academic and pesonal growth * Collaborate with school staff to ensure smooth delivery and integration of Brainwonders services within the acaemic calendar. * Provide training and support for school staff on Brainwonders servicesimplementation. * Provide digital content, resources, literature and reserch for guidance * Knowledge about counselling with all age groups on an individual basis, and/or well mixgroups of all ages * Candidates with experience in personality, intelligence, career, and clinical testing will be preferred * Experience in handling toddlers and children.
