Shift Manager, Deicing Operations (Term Opportunity - One Year)

Reporting to the Associate Director, Deicing, the Shift Manager, Deicing Operations is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of aircraft deicing services at Toronto Pearson’s Central Deicing Facility (CDF). Acting as the primary point of contact during active operations, this role maintains real-time situational awareness, manages shifting priorities, and ensures seamless coordination with internal teams, air carriers, and service providers.

The Shift Manager monitors performance metrics, addresses operational challenges as they arise, and ensures adherence to all Transport Canada and environmental regulations.
