The Master Scheduler is responsible for developing and managing the master production schedule across Rohrer's Chicago-area Thermoforming and Co-Packing facilities to ensure customer demand is met safely, efficiently, and on time. This role serves as a key link between Customer Care, Operations, Logistics, Purchasing, and Production by balancing customer requirements, manufacturing capacity, material availability, and inventory levels to optimize plant performance. The Master Scheduler drives cross-functional planning, supports revenue forecasting, identifies scheduling and production risks, and leads continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, inventory management, and on-time delivery.
