Job description
Under the direction of the Executive VP of Market Transformation, Fellow will receive broad exposure to the breadth of HOPCo’s musculoskeletal integrated delivery system and increase their understanding of management in a dynamic healthcare setting through participation in a wide variety of projects, meetings, and other professional experiences.
These experiences are gained in a variety of settings including the corporate office, hospitals, clinics, other service locations and within our healthcare insurance provider network. The Fellowship program provides Fellows the opportunity to contribute their skills, abilities, and talents to major projects and initiatives that impact our business, the lives of our patients, and the future of healthcare.
