Experience in hostel administration, student management, or residential school environment preferred. Salary- ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month Location- As per Client Requirement Employment Type- Full-Time Working Days- 6 Days a Week Timings- As per Institution Norms Summary- We are looking for a responsible and disciplined Hostel Warden – Boys Hostel to oversee the daily operations of the hostel, ensure the safety and well-being of students, maintain discipline, and create a secure and supportive residential environment.

Ensure student safety, discipline, and overall well-being. Maintain hostel attendance, records, and daily reports. Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of hostel facilities. Handle student concerns, emergencies, and disciplinary matters. Coordinate with school management, parents, and support staff. Enforce hostel rules and institutional policies.

Create a safe, positive, and disciplined residential environment for students. Requirements- Graduate in any discipline. 2–5 years of relevant experience as a Hostel Warden or similar role. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to handle students with patience, responsibility, and professionalism. Basic computer knowledge for maintaining records and reports.
