Represent the Carl Zeiss SMS business in Taiwan Continue to improve knowledge on application related issues for the Me. RiT tool Taking leading position of application support for Me. RiT Join weekly meeting with customers for summarizing and reporting issues as well as providing feedback on a technical level Provide pre-sales and post-sales support for HQ.
Provide technical support for customer via phone Prepare and present detailed technical presentations (application related) material for support during sales assist Track action items and open issues with customer to help bring into fast closure Provide weekly Me. RiT system report to HQ (Rossdorf) application support team Periodical training in HQ (Rossdorf) is required, training period 1-3 months depended on the training subject.
Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management 【Education】 University or above degree in industry technology relevant. Major in mechanical, electrical, and chemical engineering is preferred 【Experience】
- 3+ years semiconductor relevant experience
- Knowledge of E-beam technology is preferred, experiences of semiconductor manufacturing 【Other skills】
- Be able to function independently, be self-motivated and yet be part of a team
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Willingness to travel domestic and internationally
